Christine (Christy) Graham is a professional real estate sales representative, stylist, stager and owner of Floorplay that does it all!
Christy works out of Royal Lepage Estate Realty at the corner of Glen Manor and Queen Street East in The Beach. She is a sales associate with Thomas Neal, a veteran Beach real estate professional for 23 years and Beach Metro real estate columnist.
With a unique combination of business sense and creative flare, Christy started her staging and interior stylist business in 1999. For over 12 years, she’s helped clients maximize their homes’ market value through her staging services as staging research shows that staged properties sell faster and for more money.
With her real estate agent designation, Christy is a great asset on the buying side in addition to her obvious strengths on the selling side. Her keen creative eye and vision of “what’s possible” help homebuyers find their dream home and/or to see the true potential of houses on the market.
As an interior stylist with Sealy Design, Christy has also styled many homes that have been featured in print and on television.
Prior to her real estate and design career, Christy spent 13 years in marketing, advertising and the non-profit sector. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen’s University and more recently has taken ongoing courses towards her Interior Design Diploma from George Brown College in Toronto.
