How We Work With Sellers

In the ideal situation, we prefer to work with our clients early on, well before they’re thinking of selling so that we can advise them on home improvements that will bring a good return on the real estate market whether they’re thinking of selling now or sometime in the future.

We start the process with a free staging and market evaluation of your home which includes a thorough inspection of the property and home interior. We then go away and do comprehensive analysis on comparable properties to provide you with a very good idea of the current value of your investment. We also will provide our suggestions on home improvements and staging which will improve your home’s marketability and fetch the best price.

If selling is in your near future and you decide to list your home with us, we’ll then provide an itemized report and quote of our staging recommendations and improvements as part of our service. As well, for listing clients we provide up to $1,000 in staging services free of charge.

The next step in the process is to provide you with a marketing plan which would include the WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN specifics of our marketing strategy.
