A walk-through staging consultation takes anywhere from 1-3 hours and consists of a walk-through your home and around your property to determine a list of suggestions to prepare your home for the market. The homeowner is required to take written or mental notes of these suggestions as no written report is provided. The list will include, if applicable, items relating to home repair & painting (paint colours provided), furniture removal, de-cluttering, furniture rental/purchase, re-arrangment of furnishings, accessorizing and suggestions for art.
